Dear Customer,
we would like to give you advanced notice of an upcoming change this week to the cancel consignment process for our Multiple Stock Location customers. This is to streamline the processes to fit 2 different scenarios as below:
Change Shipping Method - To be used if you if are re-despatching an order with existing stock to hand.
Delete Consignment - To be used if you are not processing the order right now and are not using the stock to hand so it needs to go back to the warehouse.
We have prepared an updated knowledgebase with information on what to do in each scenario
here. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the new process.
These new processes will significantly reduce the amount of stock being stranded "In Transit" as the system will automatically create transfers where required if actions are performed to orders after they have been picked via the app.
